weather Orlando experiences hot, humid weather throughout the year due to its subtropical climate. The warmest summer months are July and August when temperatures can rise up to 31°C (90° F). In the cooler winter months of October through March, temperatures stay around 19°C (70° F). Florida is also prone to frequent, short, heavy showers and thunderstorms between May and September, and humidity can get quite high. The months of June through November are classed as ‘hurricane season’ when any hurricane activity will be at its peak.
